Today we're launching the latest version of the Solvimon MCP.

It connects AI agents directly to your Solvimon account (including live billing) with OAuth, your existing Solvimon permissions, and naturally also ability to do more than just read.

It's no secret that AI agents can now process a lot of data from lots of sources, so an agent can understand what's happening in your billing, reason about it, and act on it in the same conversation from across your tooling.

With this update, we're giving agents more access and safer ways to do more.

Billing your agents can operate

Since day one, we've built Solvimon so every billing operation is reachable however you want to reach it. API, CLI, UI, and now an MCP server with write access. That's four different surfaces over one system.

• Ask anything: The agent reads contracts, plans, usage, invoices and payments from the same ledger that produces your invoices, so there's no second copy of the data to reconcile.

• Change things: Pricing plans, customers, subscriptions, quotes, credits and meters. Try it in your test environment first, then run it live.

• Every team, its own tool: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or an agent your team built. Sales, CS and finance each work where they already work, and they all read the same numbers.

• Same guardrails. Every change goes through the same API, permissions and audit trail as a change made in the UI.

A conversation can run like this:

2. learn that it's 3 customers still on a deprecated plan

3. ask the agent to move them to the current plan in test

4. check the invoice preview

5. then apply it live

Why we've given more than read-only tools

Most billing MCP servers are read-only and they give you a relatively good answers for a dashboard or a Slack message, and that made sense when agents were a novelty.

Now where we have agents doing more and more for us, you can also let them draft the quotes, chase the invoices and, within a few months months they will probably evaluate the next stuff you'll buy too.

We believe billing software is becoming organic: each team in your company will bend it into the shape it needs, and you build the experience that only you have on top.
