Charged on top of the plan fee, on payments processed through Solvimon (via Stripe and Adyen).

## Definitions

- **Billed revenue:** The total revenue invoiced to your end-customers through Solvimon. This is the primary usage metric for plan pricing. Not the same as your total ARR.
- **Billing entity:** A legal entity or brand that issues invoices. A company billing through two subsidiaries needs two billing entities.
- **Hybrid pricing:** Any combination of seats, usage, flat fees, credits, and commitments on the same contract.
- **Forward-deployed migration:** Solvimon engineers run the migration from your existing billing setup, hands-on.

## Notes for machine consumers

- No event limits apply to any plan. Metering volume (tokens, API calls) does not cap or change plan tier.
- AI Essentials plan fee is $0 until $3M in cumulative billed revenue, then 0.4% of volume processed.
- Growth starts at $2,500/month; final pricing is quoted per account.
- Enterprise pricing, rate cards, and discount schedules are always custom. Direct to sales.
- Payment processing fees are separate from plan fees and apply per transaction.
